I got this manual blood pressure cuff, and I’ve only used it a few times, but I noticed the pointer points about 10 units below zero when fully deflated. Does anyone know how to fix that?

I have to give a presentation and want to take this out of the abstract so my listeners will get how dangerous high blood pressure is so they’ll be more motivated to do the right things to keep their blood pressure under control. So how do I show normal blood pressure and compare it to high blood pressure? I thought about filling up a water balloon, but that might not be too convenient. Any ideas?

I have searched on the internet looking for home remedies on lowering high blood pressure. There are so many it’s hard to decipher which would have the best results.

So I thought it would be a better idea to ask people on a personal note. I am trying to reach those that have used a home remedy to lower high blood pressure and have had success their selves.. ( In other words I want it from the horses mouth )
